Week of October 26, 2009 -

I'm working on a workshop and also an online class and found the neatest tool to organize videos... you can group them by content and have them all in one place! Take a look at my video page to see 2 examples of how you can use EMBEDR... a free service that lets you create your own list of videos. All you have to do is paste in the URL of the videos, arrange them in the order you want them to appear, and then choose a player. WOW... easy way to arrange and keep your videos organized.

Found this great tool for creating an online resource... LiveBinders... "The knowledge sharing place." You can add any resources you have-- kind of like a file folder-- and it keeps them organized online. It defaults as private, but you can share it with others or make it public. Sounds like a great way to collaborate online! What a great tool for collaborative projects in the classroom-- students could post their projects along with any resources they used. I also found this LiveBinder on Wordle- some really good resources for this Web 2.0 tool.

I'll be archiving all posts in this area once a week so if you can't find it here, check out the Archive Posts page found in the menu to the right.
